"Llamé para cambiar mi dirección en mi cuenta de inversiones y fui atendida por Elvia Solís. Desde el inicio, su actitud fue muy molesta y demandante. Tenía el teléfono en altavoz porque mi hija también estaba escuchando la conversación, y Elvia exigió que quitara el altavoz, lo cual me pareció una petición fuera de lugar. Cuando le dije que no lo haría, se molestó aún más y su tono se volvió poco profesional. Mi hija no recibió ninguna ayuda y tuvo que comunicarse directamente con Planning and Investments para resolver el problema. Además, Elvia me reprochó varias veces el hecho de que yo la había llamado, en lugar de enfocarse en brindarme la asistencia que necesitaba. Definitivamente una experiencia muy desagradable y nada profesional. Espero que tomen medidas para mejorar la atención al cliente."
